POWERWALL^® is an insulated concrete form constructed out of 2lb. density expanded polystyrene.  Used in the construction of exterior walls for residential and commercial projects.  These forms are then filled with 3000psi concrete and moist cured (slow dried) to  over 4000psi.    Our 8" walls  provide a Thermal rating of  R-18.3 , and a Federal Thermal Mass rating of R-40.                                                                                                         

Designed for ease of use for owner/builders and General Contractors, looking to incorporate structural strength and energy efficiency easily. 

POWERWALL^® is; manufactured in Florida,  used in over 20 counties (and still growing!), a Miami-Dade approved product (just received our renewal!) , and an Energy Star Ally product

Use of POWERWALL^® has been growing steadily  for over 8 years.

As of Monday Dec 18th the new Block molds were installed and the new block manufacturing system is running better than expected.  This affords us the opportunity to provide our growing  list of POWERWALL^® distributors and builder/owners even better service than before!
